1. No Physical Shipment
Since the tournament tickets are a digital product, no physical items will be shipped. After purchasing a ticket, you will receive an email with the necessary information to complete your tournament registration.
2. Delivery of Digital Tickets
Upon successful payment, your tournament ticket will be delivered digitally. You will receive an email with:
- Confirmation of your purchase.
- A link to complete your player or team registration.
- Instructions on how to receive your lobby invite code before the tournament starts.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid any delays in receiving your ticket and information.
3. Email Delivery Timing
- Immediate Confirmation: After your payment is processed, you will receive an instant confirmation email.
- Lobby Invite Codes: Lobby invite codes will be sent out 1-2 days before the tournament begins, along with all necessary information for participation.
4. Issues with Ticket Delivery
If you do not receive your digital ticket or confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact our support team at contact us for assistance.
5. Incorrect Email Address
We are not responsible for the non-delivery of digital tickets due to incorrect or outdated email addresses provided during purchase. Please ensure that your email is correct before completing your purchase.
